Engine 1017 03:47
in’t no bigger thing - ever seen crossing the land A rolling power plant - in the engineer’s hands Smoke and steam from a monster machine The 1017’s just a dream That fusion of steam and steel Wish she was still real Wish that engine was still real She weighed in at - a mere million plus pounds Barreling down the track - on her appointed rounds Doctors ands lawyers and teachers and me Would gladly trade places for free With the engineer On Engine 1017 On Engine 1017 Parallel lines of steel - meet at infinity Those rails will get you there - most definitely Heavy hauling cross mountain and plain Nothing can stop her Not sleet, snow nor rain On any terrain Save me the right hand seat On Engine 1017 On Engine 1017

Prison 04:37
Well I got a whole lotta women, Beatin' down my door, I don't know what it's all about With my face flat on the floor. And I just got out of prison, baby, Prison in my mind. Well, I can use a little real lovin', Not that twisted up kind. Yodele Hee, Yodele Hee, Yodele Hee. Well, the first woman I got tangled in, She liked to drink a lotta beer. Well, the first lady I got trampled by, She liked to chew off both my ears. And she don't care much about politics, She takes care of herself just fine. Well, she can use a little real lovin', By some other damn fool next time. Yodele Hee, Yodele Hee, Yodele Hee. Well, I took a train trip down to Baton Rouge, And I got on the wrong train. I ended up way up above the clouds And the skies looked all the same. And I don't know what I'm a'thinkin', Lord, I'm tryin' not to think at all. They say a man lives longer with a woman around- Yodele Hee, Yodele Hee, Yodele Hee. Yodele Hee, Yodele Hee, Yodele Hee. Yodele Hee, Yodele Hee, Yodele Hee.

Kit Kat 03:57
I’m standing here on line, at my local stop and shop And I spot something sublime Bright red’s the package that I spy I’m not gonna be denied Sweet victory this time Kit Kat’s fine anytime that’s what I say You won’t meet a better chocolate treat it’ll make your day I like ‘em cold or any way I’m sold even if it’s old As I approach the shelf with some necessary stealth I spot the last one just in time Aw, sorry kid it’s mine Look now he’s winding up to whine I tell him I need it for my health Kit Kat’s fine anytime that’s what I say You won’t meet a better chocolate treat it’ll make your day I like ‘em cold or any way I’m sold even if it’s old Now who’s the guilty one was it my wife or my son or did I leave it in the car? Cause at 3 PM I hit the wall without it And no doubt about it I need my Kit Kat bar Kit Kat’s fine anytime that’s what I say You won’t meet a better chocolate treat it’ll make your day I like ‘em cold or any way I’m sold even if it’s old Kit Kat’s fine anytime that’s what I say You won’t meet a better chocolate treat it’ll make your day I like ‘em cold or any way I’m sold even if it’s old

Old Joe Jazz 05:37
Old Joe Jazz was a Friend of mine A long long time ago Now he's on the Center stage In a starring role Reading lines, off an empty page. Old Joe Jazz gets all the applause When the People up and leave. Now he's singing All the songs swimming In his mind and the crowd Loves to sing along with him. Old Joe Jazz was a friend of mine He said goodbye when I lost his mind. Old Joe Jazz was a bird in flight, He loved the clouds but only at night. Old Joe Jazz, Give him a hand, Old Joe Jazz, The man without a plan. Old Joe Jazz, Give him a hand, Old Joe Jazz used to be Nowhere, man. Used to be Nowhere, man. Used to be Nowhere, man. Old Joe Jazz was a Friend of mine A long long time ago Now he's on the Center stage At the old hotel Reading lines, off an empty page.

Give me some easy drinkin' whiskey, And a beer, I had a long day at the job today And they was Drinkin' and a smokin' Talkin' and a tokin', And they asked me about my day. Give me some easy drinkin' whiskey, And a beer, I'll tell ya all about it, Never have to shout it, I'll whisper right in your ear. Give me some easy drinkin' whiskey, And a beer, I had a strange dream, It's a little obscene, It was in a magazine, That had a shiny sheen, And I went on along my way. And they was Drinkin' and a smokin' And a talkin' and a tokin', And a huffin' and a puffin' And a coughin'and a chokin'. They was Drinkin' and a smokin', and a talkin' and a tokin'. They're gonna drink and smoke and toke Their lives away. We're gonna drink and smoke and toke our lives away. Give me some easy drinkin' whiskey, And a beer, I'll tell ya all about it, Never have to shout it, I'll whisper right in your ear. And they was Drinkin' and a smokin' And a talkin' and a tokin', And a huffin' and a puffin' And a coughin'and a chokin'. They was Drinkin' and a smokin', and a talkin' and a tokin'. They're gonna drink and smoke and toke Our lives away. We're gonna drink and smoke and toke our lives away. We're gonna drink and smoke and toke Our lives away.

Misplaced 05:11
A long, a long time ago, It's used to snow On just about every Sunday. When dreams and memories were made, Without guilt or shame, 'Cause we didn't know the difference anyway. There's the girl who used to walk, A dirty road through the old oak tree woods. She used to live down the block in my old neighborhood. With leaves on the ground, and bare trees surrounding me, Where did she go? Now I spend every Monday, trying to get back to Sunday, To finding the things I somehow misplaced. There's the boy who used to fly down the halls of old building 93. When he jumped off, he was thinking about what she would see. With leaves on the ground, and bare trees surrounding me. Where did she go? Now I spend every Monday, trying to get back to someday, To finding the things I somehow misplaced.

Slave 06:57
When I see your face all rosy red, Then I know you got it good. But sometimes I know that it's not enough, And I know when I don't I should... Satisfy your every little whim, Give you everything you need. Make sure everything is alright, Turn your doubt into belief. I'm your slave and I'm gonna be that way for a long, long, time. I'm your slave and I'm gonna be that way for a long, long, time. When I consider everything that grows, Like the rocks beneath the sand, I turn to see your face all rosy red, Then I know just where I stand. I'm your slave and I'm gonna be that way for a long, long, time. I'm your slave and I'm gonna be that way for a long, long, time. I'm your slave and I'm gonna be that way for a long, long, time. I'm your slave and I'm gonna be that way for a long, long, time.

about

"Somewhere in Liberty" is a live show recorded on July 13th 2016. The night was fueled by summer heat, cold beer, lingering smoke, and a willing audience. Listen to rock pop power moving cross-country on a stereo steam engine train ride through a forest of haunting trance grooves into a mountain jelly jam study of relationships gone awry followed by a rousing swingy tune about an affection for confection. Then, listen up to a hillbilly trance dance shuffle flying over a psychedelic electronic country rock drinking-and-smoking mini opera. Finally, settle back to a touching waltz of human emotion and the cherry on top, a punk metal melodic speed journey to oblivion and back to end this awesome evening. A highly energetic effervescent rock performance. This album is sure to get your feet, heart and soul jumping for joy. Dig in, get loose...

about

Mountain Wave Callicoon, New York

Mountain Wave is neapolitan ice cream. Made in form of one block, a scoop of each melts into an expressive power that is rock, country, and punk. Topped off with a healthy dose of sonic sprinkles, dirty sludgy fudge and light and sweet cream, you’re left with a psychedelic sound sundae that is sometimes familiar but surprisingly refreshing all the same. ... more
